ATOL started as an established catering company before the restaurant location was opened in Danville, CA. We offer gourmet paninis and fresh salads for lunch 6 days a week. Shortly after opening, we introduced our evening tapas menu, composed of traditional homemade Spanish cuisine. (Our chef-owner hails from Valladolid, Spain.) Make sure to check out the Paella Valenciana and Tortilla Espanola on our menu—they are our specialties. We also serve both chicken and seafood paella.
